SPEAKING & KEYNOTES

Translating complex human performance research into actionable, high-impact narratives for global audiences.

Why this work is personal

I do not speak about leadership, performance, or resilience from theory alone.

Several years ago, a serious car crash forced an abrupt pause on everything I thought I understood about strength, identity, and recovery. The physical impact was immediate. The psychological and decision-making challenges lasted far longer.

That experience reshaped how I think about performance under pressure. Not as something people rise to, but as something they fall back on. It also sharpened my interest in how people make decisions, rebuild capability, and regain clarity when control is taken away.

The frameworks I now teach are informed by research, data, and lived experience. They are designed for people who do not need motivation, but need thinking tools that hold up when circumstances are difficult. This is why my speaking is supported by Insight Reporting. It matters to me that change is measurable, not just memorable.

Insight reporting for measurable impact

My keynotes are grounded in research and data. Insight Reporting extends this approach by measuring how your people respond before and after the session. Using brief evidence informed survey tools, I analyse changes in learning, confidence, engagement, and behavioural intention. The result is a clear, data-driven view of the impact created.

The report presents patterns, trends, and practical insights that help leaders understand what shifted and why it matters.

Insight Report: A concise summary of key changes supported by data.
Insight Plus: A deeper analysis with segmentation, performance patterns, and targeted recommendations.

Insight Reporting turns a keynote into a measurable intervention that supports strategic decision making and provides leaders with an evidence informed assessment of impact and return on investment.
